Nairobi Refines African Skyline With Tallest Building in Sub-Saharan Africa

Hass Tower DI have been around the world and have seen the tallest structure ever built by human kind, Hass Tower a Skyscraper Under construction in Nairobi will refine the African  skyline i believe, A building with combined use, Big brands fighting for spaces on the lower levels of the building, and high end luxury hotels booking spaces with spectacular views, and property enthusiast looking to get the best out of it.

The building will be comprised of the two tower side by side. The project is an approximately 144,000 Square meters, high-rise, mixed use real estate development on a 3 acre lot in downtown Nairobi, Kenya. The project, designed jointly by Archgroup and Meinhardt Group, will consist of a 45 storied luxury hotel tower, a 65 storied office tower shooting at a height of approximately 300 meters, all these sitting at approximately 3 acres of land, Class A retail space, a helipad and mechanical parking will be among the best that Africa has to offer. On completion, the project will be the tallest building in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The estimated cost of the whole project will be a staggering 3.8 billions Kenya shilling being managed by The Project Manager who will act as owners representative and oversees project team of architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors and other professionals through the process of planning, design and construction of new buildings from the ground up, tenant improvements, and strategic real estate planning.

This iconic and hitherto unparalleled development will be Nairobi’s iconic landmark and is poised to be the tallest skyscraper in Africa.
